Souq Ukaz Delivery Policies
Delivery Charges are standard as published by the Ministry of Trade in Qatar.  

Delivery destination plays a significant role in the estimated time for a SOUQ UKAZ delivery.

Our policy is to generally beat a three-hour timeline for normal delivery of grocery items.

Furniture, whitegoods, home appliances, electronics and goods that needs specialist delivery equipment or requires installation of any sorts will be within a 24-hour delivery timeline.  

 Deliveries and delivery vehicles are prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the world health Organisation regarding Covid 19!


Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, in case of cancellation and the payment was already made, a refund will be processed through same mode within the next working day.

It’s the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address details for the delivery are correct and that someone will be present to receive the delivery at the said address, failing to ensure this the buyer will be held responsible for the non-delivery charge of QR 50.00  

Ensure that the items are in a perfect condition upon delivery. If any damage or tampering is observed in the packaging, you may refuse to accept delivery and inform us forthwith. Please note that the return policy can vary with respect to the nature and category of that product.

In case of receipt of damaged/defective products, or incorrect products not matching the original order, our delivery associate will return the product immediately and a refund will be processed through same mode within the next working day.  

 If you find items that are damaged after our delivery associate had left, then you are requested to get in touch with our support team within an hour from delivery for all perishable goods  and 24 hours for all ambient items; the relevant contact numbers can be found in the “contact us” section here below.

Please to ensure that the products are unused and in a perfect re-sellable condition, returned in its original packing with all the accessories (cables, remote, mounting brackets, etc.) instruction manual, labels, barcodes, warranty card and invoices etc.
The returned good would be subject to verification by the vendor’s team to ensure the legitimacy of the complaint. The below mentioned conditions have to be met to ensure successful replacement of the damaged/defective item.

We should be notified within 24 hours of the receipt of any damaged goods, otherwise we will not be held liable for non-replacement of the order at all. And products also need to be returned within 24 hours once delivered. 

If all the above conditions are met and the complaint is legitimate, the original price along with the delivery charges will be refunded to you.
